Cancellation Policy
Service providers get paid according to appointments scheduled. If you need to reschedule please do so in the required time frame. Failure to call or show up leaves an empty time slot that could have been given to someone else and a reults in a loss of income to the service provider.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you call and reschedule 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. We allow one reschedule per appointment with deposit credit.
However a client who is a no call, no show will not receive the deposit credit, could be charged for full service and will not be rescheduled.
All providers are independant and the cancellation policy is subject to change per provider. Contact your provider for more details.
